The studio is on the fourth floor, without elevator. Very well insulated, it's quiet and you'll be able to relax in complete peace. Large double-glazed Velux windows give this spacious studio plenty of light. They are decorated with curtains.

The furniture is arranged in such a way as to preserve the space of the room. You'll find: a 2-person bed, closet, sofa, armchairs, round table, chairs, TV stand and television.

Large curtains separate the living area from the sleeping area.

Built-in kitchen:
It is integrated behind folding doors and is equipped with: microwave oven, fridge, sink, hob and plenty of storage space.

Private shower room:
WC, shower, washbasin and a towel warmer for warm towels when you get out of the shower.

Direct dial telephone in the studio (free incoming calls, outgoing calls charged to tenant).
