This concept is very interesting!!! Why?

No need to worry about bed linen or bathroom linen. Dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils... it's all there.

No need to queue up at government offices for water and electricity meters, or at providers for Internet subscriptions.

This room, located in a small residence of 2 apartments, in a residential area very close to the city center, will be appreciated by a person looking for tranquility without being far from all the amenities of the city center located 2 steps away.

There is no private parking space for your car, but parking spaces are available in front of the building and on the street. All you need is your resident parking sticker to park without having to pay the parking meter.
