Our opinion:
This concept is very interesting !!! Why ?

No need to bother with bed linen, bathroom linen. The dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils ... everything is there.

No need to queue up at the administration for water and electricity meters, nor at the providers for Internet subscription.

This room, located in a small residence of 2 apartments, in a residential area very close to the city center, will be appreciated by a person looking for tranquility without being far from all the amenities of the city center located at 2 steps.

There is no private parking space for your car, but parking spaces are available in front of the building and on the street. All you need is the resident parking sticker to park without having to pay the parking meter.
