Open-plan kitchen:
The kitchen features white U-shaped units. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, multi-function oven, sink and dishwasher.
A bar-height storage area enables you to place your dishes for table service. The floor is covered with anthracite tiles.

There's no need to worry about filling the numerous storage compartments:
crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster... are all at your disposal.

The bedroom :
The bedroom is 17 m2 in size. It is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a bedside table, a large 3-door sliding closet and a desk.
Comforter, bed linen and pillows are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

The room is very pleasant with its solid parquet floor.
A door leads to the bathroom.

The bathroom:
The bathroom is entirely tiled in white and features a bathtub, washbasin and storage unit. Two windows with blinds bring plenty of light into the room.

Separate WC:
A separate toilet with washbasin allows you and your guests to use the bathroom without having to cross the room.

Close to all amenities:
You're in the center of town. Everything is just a few steps away. Pharmacies, banks, doctors, pediatricians, dentists, post office, administration, restaurants, caterers, numerous shops...

Streetcar: Stops +/- 100 meters away.

Thelease is for a minimum of six months.
Rent includes:
Elevator maintenance, your personal heating and water consumption, garbage taxes, electricity consumption, TV and internet subscription.

Our opinion :
This is a very interesting concept! You arrive with your suitcases and that's it!

No need to worry about bed linen. Dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner??? It's all here.

The apartment is very pleasant to live in. The natural light, the quality furniture, the solid wood flooring, all contribute to making this an apartment you'll feel good in.

Ideal for a person or couple on a fixed-term assignment in Luxembourg, or for people wishing to discover Luxembourg and its region before settling down permanently.

This apartment, located in the heart of the city, will let you enjoy all the advantages of a city center, without the hassle of car noise, while still being able to take advantage of the many green spaces just 2 steps away.

As the building is located in a pedestrian zone, there is no private parking space for your car, but spaces are available in nearby public parking lots (with or without a monthly subscription).
A car is not essential, as you're less than 2 minutes from Boulevard Royal and bus stops, and less than 5 minutes by bus from the station.
